In the event of inclement weather, it is the job of ACRE INSTITUTE to monitor storms and make decisions about class cancellations. In the case when a class must be cancelled, efforts will be made to reschedule classes as quickly as time and classroom space permits. However, it is not always possible to schedule classes on the same days and times that they were planned on, so we will keep in constant contact with you to inform you of any changes that may occur due to a class cancellation because of force majeure.

According to Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) regulations, students who fail a class test must wait at least 30 days before retaking the test. If a student wants to take the test before 30 days, he or she must repeat the entire course before being eligible to retake the test. If a student fails the exam taken a second time, he or she must repeat the entire course to retake the test. Students retaking will be given priority over students retaking if classes are full.

Teachers have the authority to dismiss any student whom the teacher deems to be disruptive and, or whose conduct may be detrimental to other students, at any time without refund.

Acre Institute cannot guarantee passing courses, that is up to the student and their abilities; commitment to study, internalization and understanding of the material is something that all students must do.
